Dominica Deputy Country Coordinator, Khahill-Akil Richards he is a 16-year-old triple major Dominica State College student and debating enthusiast. He was born in Copthall, a small hamlet in the Roseau Valley, to parents Anthony and Karlene Richards. From early in his lives, he was taught the importance of being respectful of ourselves and others, hardworking, disciplined, committed to excellence as well as being civic minded.  His education began at the Social Centre pre-school after which he attended the Convent Preparatory School, graduated as Valedictorian of his class, receiving a Government scholarship in the GSAT examinations as well as the Scotia Bank’s Academic Merit Scholarship for 2014.
