Argentina Country Coordinator, Lucas Adrián García, is an international speaker and an advocate for the political participation of young people. He studied administration and public policy. His work has mainly focused on the promotion of the 2030 SDG Agenda and since 2018 he is the president of the Youth Forum for the SDGs in Argentina. He has acted as a deputy for youth parliaments in Argentina and he has been selected as a representative of Argentina in youth parliaments, summits and universities in different countries in Latin America. In 2019 he was the recipient of the Martin Luther King Award and he was named a “Distinguished Youth” by the Legislature of his city. He currently works at the Center for Research and Development of Public Policies Missions.
