Secretary General for Latin America, Jonathan Yair Bárcenas Pérez is a young politician, lawyer, lecturer and entrepreneur. In 2014 he founded the Youth Parliament of Mexico at the Senate of Mexico with the idea of encouraging young people across the country to become involved in the political, economic and social policies created by the government. He has worked as a Legislative Advisor for the Congress and as a Director of the Editorial Reforma Group. Currently, he is the Director of Communication at MX Analytica.
