Mr. Neil Francis is currently a youth worker responsible for the community of Babonneau. He was born to Jenifer and Norbert Francis on 14th of May 2000. He attended the Bogus R.C. Primary School and then succeeded to the Babonneau Secondary School. There, he unlocked his limitless potential in the field of Arts more specially singing as well as his leadership qualities. After his tenure at the Babonneau Secondary School, he was awarded Student of the year (2017) along with a myriad of subject awards. He has represented his country regionally as a global peace ambassador. Mr. Francis continues to play an active role in youth development.
