Emmanuel Boniface is a development practitioner( youth demography)a social crusader,an astute administrator, an advocate of good governance /open government, an activist,a liberator and a humanitarian enthusiast .
As a sports administrator, he helps the youths realize their potentials becoming known from the unknown, he has been the development practice for over one and a half decade and has been a source of inspiration to many young individuals. He has won several awards from local and international entities and has held many both social and conventional portfolios. Some of the portfolios held by Hon Emmanuel Boniface include, Former House Leader ,Akwa ibom state youth Parliament. President/founder youth Ambassadors of Nigeria.

He Studied Business Administration at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra state.
His focuses are on capacity building, Human capital and resources management/development, social empowerment, grassroots sports development, quality education and service based health care delivery, open government, good governance and true democracy. He is generally noted as a motivator ,mobilizer, organizer, mixer and conceptualizer . He believes in equal opportunity, right and justice. He is an apostle of doing the right thing against the popular thing.
