Somalia Country Coordinator Mohamed Muktar Mohamed of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) since 2016. I am the founder of the NGO “Women and Children Humanitarian Aid(Wocha)”. I am now ready to start my masters degree in Political science. I am a bachelors degree holder in Public Administration, I also have a diploma in Logistics and Procurement. My major specialization is administration and governance.
During my studies at different level institutions, I have been a brighter student who gets a distinction grade, I have a talent of good leadership, governance, mediation, participation, and communication. I worked for UNDP, Oxfam GB, Agrosphere INGO for different positions.
Currently, I am the director general of “Women and Children Humanitarian Aid” to help the poor and vulnerables of the community in the provision of Medications, livelihoods, WASH, Education and Protection. My dream is make sure the equal political participation in Somalia, where young people get the opportunities to get into politics majorly and take the leadership and governance of my country.
