Paraguay Country Coordinator, Leticia Velazquez is a law student and youth defender of Human Rights, having participated in five UN models. She also participated in the X Arbitration Congress in Latin America. She holds a Human Rights Diploma in International Solidarity from the Basque Country and has completed an International Course in Public Policies in Human Rights (IPPDH). In 2019 she was an International Volunteer. She is the founder and Director of the Nietos del Corazón, a non-governmental organization
