Philippines Country Coordinator, Francesca Ella Leynes is a 24-year-old, President of Rotaract Club of Manila Supreme 198. She was chosen as a National Member of Global Education Network. She pursues Doctor of Optometry in the Philippines and formerly served as the finance director of RAC Pasay Centro. She received several prizes and placed first in competitions in India, where she participated in the Rotaract Club of Kalimati Jamshedpur’s Creative Writing Competition, and was recently named the winner in the Review Writing Competition in Bangladesh.She is confident that with their abilities and hard effort, people can create a prosperous and secure society. She believes that progress happens from inside, and she is seeking an opportunity to instill her positive mentality in the youngsters while motivating them to strive for greater heights. She is associated with a number of international youth groups and is keen to put her newfound knowledge to good use. She has been engaging in initiatives aimed at empowering young people and raising public awareness about their problems. She is motivated to contribute to the achievement of the GYP vision because she is passionate to rely on leadership skills, innovative ideas, and issue solving.
