Yemen Country Coordinator, Dr. h. c. Fouad ALGhaffari is currently acting as an Official Government Advisor for Human Rights and was an acting Director for the Office of Minister of Human Rights in Yemen.
Acting President of ALBRICS (Youth Parliament in Yemen). Founder and initiator of the BRICS ideology in Yemen. ALGhaffari is the owner of The Happy Miracle report that is aimed at re-building Yemen’s link to the New Silk Road that way increasing skilled work opportunities.
He holds two Honorary Doctorate in BRICS Affairs and Finance Security. He acts as a representative of Yemen in the International BRICS Forum in India, International BRICS Alliance in Moscow and the Golden Chariot Award foundation.
